I buyed 6 apparatus but no with the key power telecommande ignites. To light the player/recorder, I must remain to press on the key power apparatus more than 5 seconds and sometimes it does not ignite. What do I have to make?

This Hdd Player does support external subtitles (like the .SRT files) with the DIVX movies. We have tested the subtitles in both Chinese and English and they are ok.

Can you inform me if this HDD player can display external subtitles (like the .SRT files) with the DivX movies? Maybe if you point ou an URL with the full technical details to it.
