Shipping Methods and Policies
• Buyers can choose the shipping company from the list of each individual product. In most cases, a product can be shipped by either Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail Service, Hong Kong Post EMS, DHL or UPS.
• Asia-Product.com will provide the tracking number to the buyer if it is available.
• All buyers should submit the payment within 5 days. If payment is not received within this period, Asia-Product.com reserves the rights to cancel the order without prior notice.
• All orders require 1-5 working days for processing before shipping.
• Asia-Product.com does not process orders during weekends.
• No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
• Asia-Product.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
• Asia-Product.com will not be responsible for the custom charges and import tax. Buyer has to understand their country custom policy before buying any items.
• Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date for a exchange if the product is defective. Buyer has to inform Asia-Product.com before returning any products. If the product is not defective as the buyer described, buyer may be subjected to the postage and handling fees charges. Buyer should return the item only without any pouches, boxes and other accessories. Asia-Product.com reserves all the rights in returning the products. No refund will be issued.
